Written Word

The Written Word Book Discussion Group meets at 3:00pm on the last Sunday of each month, January through October, in the Giddens Conference Center, Fairhope Public Library. An informal reception sponsored by the Friends follows each program.

The book presenters come from a variety of professional fields, including education, law, the arts, and journalism, and bring unique perspectives to an eclectic selection of authors and topics.

The Written Word organizational committee—Jay Qualey, Ilse Krick, Susan Norrie, and Mary Kwapil—invites everyone to these entertaining and informative reviews and discussions. Books are available for purchase at Page and Palette Bookstore, Fairhope.
